- Logistics - Equipment flow - Food flow - General operations The main aspects of this role will include; - Strong staff management skills of over *****staff - Development of staff - Getting teams to perform to budgets - Implementing and monitoring systems - Overseeing logistics, food flow, equipment flow If you have previous experience in the catering industry this would be advantageous but is not essential.
