You will be working in the Professional Department, handling Commercial/Residential Valuations, Rent Reviews and Lease Renewal negotiations.

The company are predominant in the North and West End of London - previous experience in this geographical area may be an advantage.

We are looking for a qualified Surveyor of Chartered status with experience of working on both residential and commercial projects.

The company will restructure slightly in order to bring the right candidate on board; Should you have 1 or 20 years experience in the field, we are interested in speaking with you.
