Sales Desk Associate/Sales Support
The Sales Desk Associate role will support the prospect to cash process for sales and have a familiarity for their accounts. The Sales Desk Associate will support the Opportunity process to support what is needed to turn an opportunity into an order.
You will also support following up on pending orders, helping work through difficult questions related to contracts, or a customer installed position, and helping follow up on billing questions.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
