One of London's leading global corporate organisations has an urgent requirement for a highly skilled and experienced Secretary to work at its most senior level.

An exciting appointment for an enthusiastic secretary/administrator who would like to work in a busy and varied environment within the Leadership team and who is enthusiastic, meticulous and interested in their work.
To provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO's team whose main responsibilities comprise extensive liaison at an international level and at the highest level with prestigious clients.

This position would suit a young, ambitious administrator or secretary keen to progress within the organisation.

Software applications:
Good knowledge of Microsoft software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The Responsibilities
Provide secretarial support to Integration Team made up of a Partner and Director (diary management, fielding emails/telephone calls while Partner and Director are out of the office, making extensive national and international travel arrangements, processing expense claims, timesheets and other duties, support as needed)
Be able to provide cover for secretary to EMA CEO/help with overload of work as required
Be responsible for the management and administration of the Microweb/eRooms
Responsible for arranging Management Team meetings in various locations within region (booking of hotel accommodation, meeting space, restaurants, attending meeting as admin support)
Responsible for printing arrangements and distribution of CEO report.
Be first point of contact and support for other EMA groups holding meetings in London office (Strategy group, Chairman's 25 meeting etc)
Assist when required with Board meetings arrangements
Be responsible for the updating, administration and distribution of the distribution lists, contact lists, calendars etc
Assisting with efficient running of the office including establishing filing systems for all important papers,
Dealing effectively with all telephone calls received and directing queries and mail to relevant personnel
Adhoc duties when required

Qualifications
Appropriate educational qualifications, including English and Maths, for a senior secretary
Appropriate secretarial or administrative experience, approx 5 years
Excellent telephone manner - confident and polite
Good command of written and spoken English, accurate spelling and good grammar
Ability to organise and draft own correspondence
Word-processing/spreadsheet/PC knowledge
5 GCSE's/O'levels including Maths and English
5 years of references available on request
