Secretarial - Executive Assistant

in London City

The head office of an international association of accounting and consultancy firms is searching for a talented and experienced graduate administrator to be a vital part of a small team (in the City). You will be required to support functions such as organising annual and regional meetings globally, website and intranet development, facilitating internal communications and publications, and assisting with financial administration. You should therefore have exceptional written and numerical skills, be outrageously organised and be a good communicator on the telephone! It will also be expected that you have a proactive and analytical way of working, as you will be required to take an active role in the development of working methods and processes to ensure that the office continues to go from strength to strength. This is a job for someone who has previously worked in a demanding environment, preferably within a professional services firm. Have you had experience of the duties outlined above? Do you have a 2i or above, and good A level grades? If so, this is an opportunity not to be missed. In return for your hard work you will receive good benefits on top of your salary.
