Our Client requires 60wpm typing Advanced Word, Excel & PowerPoint Solid secretarial work history Good standard of education Large international City Co. This role requires a capable individual to provide a high quality secretarial and administrative service for the director and team members. The role requires initiative and flexibility, suiting an efficient organiser with fast accurate copy and audio skills and PowerPoint skills. To be successful, the job holder will need to be confident and able to prioritise their own workload. They must be used to dealing with clients at the highest levels and present a professional image at all times. The Responsibilities Answer internal and external calls promptly and politely. Ensure that accurate telephone messages are taken and distributed. Meet and greet clients at reception and escort them to meetings.(20%) Manage diaries for client service staff. Arrange internal and external meetings, book meeting rooms, catering and equipment. Manage Director's emails and reply on his behalf where appropriate. Organise all domestic and international travel and accommodation.(30%) Produce high quality reports, correspondence, minutes, file notes and faxes, using macros and non-standard documents. Produce PowerPoint graphics, copy/audio typing and Excel spreadsheets.(25%) Ensure all filing systems and archive records are accurate and up-to-date.(10%) Build a comprehensive knowledge of the team's business and develop an understanding of KPMG's processes and procedures (5%) Deal with all other ad-hoc requests e.g. Research (10%) Fantastic offices & career progression. |
