| This large international chartered surveyor is seeking a candidate to support their marketing director, this will be on a temp to perm basis.
You will be providing PA/secretarial support which will include organising his diary, handling in-coming emails, liaising with PR agencies, design consultants, etc. Producing correspondence, reports, Powerpoint presentations and preparing expenses. Also you will be responsible for maintaining the photo libraries, handle departmental invoices and organising departmental team meetings. Please apply if you have previous secretarial/ pa experience within a marketing environment, strong IT skills including word, excel and Powerpoint, typing skills on 50wpm+ and experience of audio typing. |
