PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Our client a world leader management group require a secretary who has advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint - 60wpm+ typing and a solid work history within a professional corporate environment. The Responsibilities Please find below a list of the key responsibilities for this role with an approximate percentage of the amount of time spent that would be spent on each: Handle internal and external calls from senior staff and clients.(20%) Maintain full control of each partner's diary. Organise internal and external meetings / conferences / functions including travel, accommodation, itineraries, expenses, equipment and catering.( 30%) Sort, distribute and prioritise both internal and external post, faxes and emails and deal with them as appropriate. Draft replies to incoming correspondence and maintain filing systems.(20 %) Produce high quality reports, correspondence, minutes, file notes and faxes, from macros and non-standard documents to tight deadlines. Produce PowerPoint graphics, copy/audio typing and Excel spreadsheets. (20%) Ensure all filing systems and archive records are accurate and up-to-date.(5%) Co-ordinate and produce statistical and financial reports. The Person They require the following qualifications, skills and experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a secretary supporting 1 or 2 senior staff in a large corporate environment. 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades A-C including English and Maths Accurate audio/copy typing at 60 wpm Intermediate level in MicroSoft Word and PowerPoint Basic level in MicroSoft Excel |
