This prestigious Banking firm is requiring a professional Audio Secretary to join the Private Clients Division in a team capacity. Duties: - High audio content typing role. (Speed & accuracy is required) - Working within a team of 3 secretaries (new position will make up the fourth member) - Principally working for a team of Stockbrokers consisting of 6-8 Brokers - Typing of correspondence for the team - Assisting with the other team secretaries overflow of work - Keeping all client addresses and details up to date on the system - Booking meetings and rooms - Booking travel and car hire - Maintaining holiday, sickness and absence records - Arranging and collating mailmerges Person Specification: - Fast & accurate audio speeds of 60wpm+ - Professional attitude and well groomed - Good team player - Financial background preferred - Flexible and friendly personality |
