| Prestigous Company based in EC2, require an Accountants Assitant with one years experience in a similar role. Duties include: Checking, coding, posting of all Suppliers Invoices on a timley basis to meet montha and year ends. Payments to suppliers, month end exchange rates updates on the system and sending it out to the Group Companies. Processing of Nominal Ledgers Journals - expense Claims, Inter Company Transactions and reconciliation of Inter Company balances control over payment. Also production of company ionvoices (recharges) relating to Interest Charges, Manangement Fees, Insurance Charges and other ad -hoc charges. Also visits to the bank for cheque deposits and Petty cash float.
