Central London SE1 C£20,000 pro rata Our client is a supplier of high quality short run printing, digital media and mailing services. They have an impressive client base ranging from individual designers to top names including HSBC, IPC Media and The Economist. They now have a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant / Sales Ledger to join their team on a contract basis. As an Accounts Assistant / Sales Ledger you will join the accounts team on a short term contract and an immediate start is required. For the right candidate there may be potential to become a permanent member after the contract has finished. As an Accounts Assistant / Sales Ledger Clerk your responsibilities will include: - Entering Sales Invoices etc into an in-house system - Dealing with sales queries - General administration The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an accounts department using Sage. Reliable and motivated, this position would suit applicants with accounts experience who are well organised, enthusiastic and able to work both independently and as a team. With your excellent written, verbal, analytical and spreadsheet skills; as the Accounts Assistant / Sales Ledger Clerk you must be computer literate, have excellent keyboard skills and have experience of working within a busy accounts office where you regularly had to meet tight deadlines.
