Our client is a Boutique Private Equity partnership with £40M to invest and targeting investment sizes of £2 - £5m in transactions typically valued at £5 - £25m, larger with syndication. They want to recruit at least one and potentially two candidates with the following likely profile for the role of Associate Financial background, either ACA or similar Corporate finance background either in accountancy firm or investment bank Interest / experience in small to mid size businesses Salary c.£70k, They are performance structured, so incentive structures over time could be significant. Could be somebody with investing experience. Their responsibilities will be :- Supporting the partners in evaluating potential investment opportunities Marketing to intermediaries and other deal sources Able to manage transaction process To demonstrate initiative, energy and desire to be part of a team in a rapidly changing environment as our business grows. |
