International City based Financial Organisation have a position for a Senior Payroll Officer (£35, *****Bens) to manage an international Payroll for *****staff. Based in the HR department you will be responsible for the compensation and benefits aspect of HR.
It is essential you have at least 4 years senior level payroll experience, ideally with an international element.

Collate and process monthly payroll information, including part month, bonus and commission payments, within ADP payroll software within the set timeframes, ensuring the payroll files is submitted for BACS payment on a timely basis.
Ensure information held on the London payroll database is true and up-to-date. This includes the following: new starters/leavers, personal details, tax codes, salary and deductions.
Maintain records relating to statutory payments to the Inland Revenue, such as PAYE and NIC, provide Inland Revenue with accurate data and documentation as requested or for audit purposes.
Collate tax year-end information; P14s, P60s, P35, P11D - provide as necessary to the Inland Revenue within legislative time frames.
Submit monthly payroll reports to the Finance Department; provide ad hoc payroll information and reports to the HR and Finance departments as required.
Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Paris Payrolls
Manage administration process of employee healthcare schemes, Company GPP and Occupational pension schemes.
