London based Public Relations company, Chameleon PR, seeks a responsible, enthusiastic and proactive office manager/accounts clerk. The chosen candidate will be a self-starter, with broad experience of all aspects of office management and accounts. People skills, professionalism and flexibility are essential. Background in Public Relations consultancy or similar is also preferable.

Key responsibilities

• Accounts - book keeping, invoices, credit control, knowledge of Quickbooks software, expenses, payments, payroll, cash flow, VAT, reporting, analysis and forecasting
• IT system administartion - all aspects including managing third party IT support company
• Office management - all aspects
• Website - management of regular updates
• HR support - holiday calendar, staff meeting planning, appraisals schedule
