Central London EC2 £38,000 - £44,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Our client is an ambitious and growing Top 20 Group of UK chartered accountants. They now require a Personal Tax Assistant Manager to join them to ensure the efficient operation of the personal tax function within the firm. As the Personal Tax Assistant Manager you will be responsible for: - managing a portfolio of up to *****personal tax clients including Owner-Managed Businesses, High Net Worth Individuals and Non Domiciliary’s, including all compliance and planning work - supervision and administration in the personal tax department including monitoring tax return production, issue of information request letters etc. The following is essential to your success as a Personal Tax Assistant Manager: - broad experience within a private client tax department of a mid-tier sized firm of Chartered Accountant’s - experience working with Non Domiciliary’s - broad knowledge of UK taxes - IT, CGT, IHT national insurance - CTA part or fully qualified or qualified by (a significant amount of) experience in a similar role You must be computer literate, with good communication skills. This position is primarily office based with some client liaison work. You will also be flexible, patient, discrete and trustworthy. Ideally you will be a graduate (or equivalent) and have some exposure to trust tax and CT.
