North West London NW10 up to £27,000 As people have become more aware of the need to recycle, our client has become the largest collector and remanufacturer of Inkjet cartridges in Europe and one of the foremost technical innovators in the industry worldwide. They are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor with previous experience of purchase ledger, knowledge of SAP Business One and Sage Line 50. As Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will be taking charge of the purchase ledger and ensure timely payments and the resolution of supplier queries. As Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will undertake the following tasks: * To set up supplier accounts * To match, code and post supplier invoices * To regularly review and administer supplier accounts * To deal with supplier queries and ensure adequate communication * To regularly review contra accounts i.e. debtors that are also creditors, in order to balance the two * To maintain adequate filing and recording of supplier activity * To undertake reporting requirements as necessary for the role Able to work in a fast paced environment, the ideal candidate will have previous purchase ledger experience, good keyboard skills and computer literacy and excellent working knowledge of Excel. It would be an advantage to our client if you possessed knowledge of SAP Business One and Sage Line 50. This position would suit an analytical thinking and accurate applicant who is able to use their initiative and is self motivated. Taking a thorough and accurate approach to your work, you must have good interpersonal skills, be an excellent problem solver, and have a flair for communicating at all levels.
