| Reporting to the Assistant Manager of the Eligibility Team, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and management of investor claims for compensation, in accordance with fsa rules.
As part of the compensation process, the Eligibility department determines if a claim falls within the set rules, and deals with both straight forward eligibility reviews as well as more complex cases. Determining whether the claims are payable as defined by the FSA Regulations. Establishing civil liability and causality with regard to investment loss suffered by individual investors, by determining the background against which any advice was given and the unique circumstances of the investor Continual and regular monitoring of your portfolio of claims to ensure that they are processed as soon as possible after allocation to your work in progress, and at no more than one month after receipt. |
