London ŁAttractive Package Our client is a subsidiary of leading international supplier of business management software solutions. Formed in *****, they now employ over 10,000 people worldwide throughout Europe and the USA. They are now looking to recruit a Trainer to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your proven experience in a coaching or training role. As a Trainer you will be responsible for the effective and professional delivery of training sessions to their many customers. In addition, you will be required to complete all training documentation, and liaising with the key contacts across the business to ensure that new initiatives are communicated effectively. This role will involve working with various customers on a daily basis, therefore your talents in inspiring and coaching others, along with your resilient and focused approach - will ensure your success. To succeed as a Trainer you will be a self-motivated individual with high levels of drive and energy. With your excellent communication skills and your fantastic customer service talents, you will be a quick learner with IT skills - who is looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will be looking to develop their experience from a previous coaching or training role, and will preferably be CIPD qualified, or working towards a certificate in training practice. A confident speaker, with sound business acumen, as a Trainer you will be able to demonstrate polished skills in time management, project planning and presenting. Although not essential, a background in commercial accountancy would be highly beneficial. The role will be based Manchester, but will involve travel throughout the UK and overnight stays as required.
