| Fantastic media organisation requires a French speaking credit controller to join a vibrant supportive team environment. As credit controller you will monitor and maintain a ledger of *****customers, along with the Senior French Credit Controller. You will be responsible for customers paying their outstanding debt within agreed credit period, whilst maintaining an excellent relationship with customers and French sales managers.
The day to day responsibilities of this role include: - collecting due and/or past due customer accounts via telephone and/or letter; - working with EMEA Credit Control Supervisor and Credit Control Team in order to meet monthly/quarterly targets; - ensuring that customer queries are consistently logged with Sales; - Ensuring that statements, dunning letters and accounts to Collection Agency are sent consistently every month; - Assisting with various group projects as needed. Ideally you will have minimum 12 months credit/collections experience in a medium to large company. TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT FRENCH.
