| This online research company is looking for a credit controller to join a friendly team of five other staff. You will be responsible for dealing with clients overdue payment, monitoring accounts and collecting outstanding balances, contacting clients by letter and telephone, dealing with customer issues, laising internally to solve issues and preparing accounts to legal stage.
The right candidate MUST have 1-2 years experience in a credit control role, ideally have experience of SAP, MS Word and Excel and be an excellent communicator. A second European language is desirable i.e French, German or Italian. Must have a team playing approach to work and a good sense of humour! |
