Accounting - Credit Control

in London Greater East

1. Provide an effective and efficient telephone and administration collections of outstanding debt. Ensuring all customer requirements are met to allow payment of outstanding invoices. Either by yourself or those accountable to resolve particular issues.
2. To ensure that all set targets are achieved on a weekly/monthly/basis
3. Provide an effective and efficient service of all customer contacts logged onto the customer issues database. (Zccid)
4. Complete call details accurately for all calls, include outbound contact, customer enquires and customer issues on the systems provided. (Zccid)
5. Ensure that worksheets are completed accurately and when required to assist in performance monitoring and continuous improvement of all functions.
. Provide informal guidance/ or conduct (on-the-job) training for colleagues as required.
7. Provide input into departmental continuous improvement programmes.
8. Maintain and implement personal development plan in partnership with immediate manager.
9. Act as a good team player, participating willingly and acting in support of the team.
