| Raising payments promptly by cheque, BACS ot IMT. Reconciling invoices and expence claims. Liaising with other members of the team, various departments and associates by telephone, fax, e-mail and telex. Producing monthly sales ledger invoices. answering any queries that the clients may have. Completeing all the backup administration. You will be working as part of a sociable team with quite a sporty culture. The job will start as an ongoing contract but could go permanent if desired. |
