| Experienced Financial Controller required for an established yet rapidly growing Telecommunication company. Establishes, maintains and grows the firm financial guidelines, procedures and strategies by providing operational and administrative direction to the accounting in its head office as well as its branches in Europe and reporting directly to the Director. Operating within the management team you will have responsibility for preparation and management of budget, cost control, variance analysis, business plans for new projects, forecasting and reporting on a monthly basis. It is also intended that the individual should play an active participation in strategic planning for the business and optimize the process and operations within the finance department. They will have a high degree of the usual personal requirements associated with the responsible performance of tasks at the highest level of an organisation: working with deadlines, prioritisation, accuracy, ability to work unsupervised and a proven track record of financial and strategic planning within a similar industry. Typically requires at least 3years at management level.
