| Job Description Financial Controller
Main Responsibilities Day to day supervision of junior finance staff (currently 3) Maintenance of general ledgers Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Preparation of year end accounts and liaison with auditors Maintenance of client money records Supervision of payments using Business Master Liaison with suppliers of outsourced financial services Experience Would suit someone wishing to combine a variety of financial accounts experience with staff responsibility, in the context of a professional services partnership. Previous finance experience essential. Qualifications 5 GCSEs A level or equivalent Accounting qualification or part qualification Salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and qualification Requirements Good organisation skills Interpersonal skills to interface with partners and other fee earners Ability to work calmly under pressure Attention to detail Team worker in the context of a small team environment Responsible to Finance Director |
