| JOB TITLE:Payroll Analyst
LEVEL: Analyst/Specialist REPORTS TO:Payroll Manager JOB PURPOSE To support the production of the Company's payrolls To contribute legislative and functional competence to the payroll department's team based outputs To provide internal guidance relating to activity impacted by payroll processes or regulations PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Deliver operational payroll processes Validate accuracy of data provided by GPS and ARTES Validate accuracy of data input by Rebus Ensure BACS payments made on time Ensure 3rd Party payments made on time Maintain leavers balances process Emergency payments Maintain system infrastructure Liaison with Rebus Fully Managed Service Maintain internal relationships (eps / HR / ESC / Pensions / finance) Support end to end query resolution process Statutory and contractual compliance Internal financial control Produce monthly Executive Payroll Tax year end reporting Implementation of new BPM payroll groups KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED/TO BE DEVELOPED Experience of high volume payrolls Solid knowledge of payroll related legislation Experience in busy payrolls Communication and presentation Customer service skills Teamworking skills Training skills IPPM Membership Experience of project working |
