| The company are seeking a bright capable and mature person with a good administrative background plus accounts or finance experience to get involved in a varied and responsible role. This is a busy department where they organise a wide variety of training courses for UK and overseas personnel. The job involves lots of liaison with trainees, colleges and other training providers. You will be authorising payments to trainees and checking their expenses claims as well as giving them advise and support on work and domestic issues. You will need good communication skills in writing and on the telephone. You should also be a good team worker and problem solver. Able to use MS Office, compose your own correspondence, work without supervision and pay attention to detail. Hours are 9-5. The job starts as a temporary contract with view to permanent in the future. The company are sociable and have good facilities and excellent staff benefits. |
