The postholder of this maternity cover will be responsible for providing assistance in implementing a communications strategy with particular responsibility for the content of the voluntary sector skills website. Other responsibilities will include organising and servicing high profile strategic meetings, to promote projectsas required, to deal with all incoming queries, to compile and send out regular e-briefings about skills and training issues in the sector, and general all round administrative support as required to department Head. The successful candidate should have excellent writing and analytical skills, excellent proof-reading and editing skills, a year's experience of managing complex administrative systems, experience of organising meetings and events, strong communication skills, good numeracy skills, and knowledge of MS Office. |
