| A large international consulting company is looking for a conflict analyst to work in their corporate recovery department. This will involve investigating to find if there is any conflict of interest with a client. They require a graduate with at least one year’s office experience. You must have good knowledge of current economic issues and the ability to work under pressure.
The role involves: Obtaining the information required to carry out a conflict check which will involve conducting research to establish the structure of the company. To conduct the check confidentially To use the firm's internal systems and some external and intranet tools to establish if there has been a material relationship with the company or its subsidiaries, directors, shareholders and other connected entities. To provide the results of the check in a clear, concise document with positive or negative findings within the agreed deadline. To report to the relevant partners and/or managers with national compliance/operational responsibilities. |
