| We are currently recruiting for a Desk Assistant to work in the Equity Research Department for one of our large investment banking clients.
You will be responsible for answering telephones, co-ordinating travel through in-house travel agent, expenses (UK and Overseas), diary management (lotus organiser and/or lotus notes), inputting data onto access databases, management of the teams e-mails and Excel/PowerPoint presentations. You will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years secretarial experience with intermediate IT skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Experience in Financial Services industry and working for a large team is essential. If you have a confident/assertive attitude, a good telephone manner, the ability to prioritise and juggle tasks and to work in a pressure orientated environment then send your CV in TODAY! |
