An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Global Head of Internal Communications.

Based in the City you will provide support to the Global Head and his department! Liaising with Board members and external clients - excellent phone and diary management are a primary prerequisite.
Spoken German would be an asset, although not required.

Responsibilities will include: complex diary management, arranging global meetings, composing correspondence (emails and letters), providing phone cover and extensive powerpoint presentations.

Duties will also include complex travel (hotels, cars, currency, visas, flights) and itineraries.

You must have: 4-5 years secretarial experience at senior management level, banking or financial services background.
Your skills must include: advanced MS office, Lotus Notes, minute taking, Blackberry/Palm Pilot (or similar)
