This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator! Based in the city of this large global investment bank you will provide support to a large team of advisors including HR Directors.

Duties will involve sending out offer letters, organising inductions, meeting rooms and sending out interview requests.

Additionally you will track absence and holidays on Excel, take detailed minutes at disciplinary and grievance meetings and organise visas.

Additionally this role will entail booking global travel, diary management and processing expenses.This demanding role requires a self-sufficient experienced administrator with a minimum of 3 solid years in HR.
