Are you a team player? Our client is proud to own and manage a number of hostels, mainly for young women, in central London. Following a successful review of their service, they are looking to recruit talented, committed individuals to work as part of their dynamic team managing the diverse range of needs that arise and providing a comprehensive housing Management service. Are you fascinated by what makes people tick? This is no ordinary 9-5 position - you could be offering someone the type of support needed to overcome difficulties and life experiences that might be preventing them from completing the transition to independent adult functioning or monitoring rent accounts, investigate arrears and attending Court. Have you had experience of working a residential setting? If you have worked in supported housing or housing management, have previous experience of working with young women and the desire to help young people we want to hear from you! Want to know more? You will be using your excellent verbal and written communication skills, IT literacy and knowledge of housing and welfare benefits legislation to help promote a culture of openness, innovation, involvement, teamwork and performance. You will be encouraged to use your initiative and creativity and to contribute to service improvement, participating in the administration of housing applications, ensuring rooms are turned around and re-let within target times, inspecting areas of the property and making sure the high standard of the environment is maintained. Share in a common sense of purpose and function as part of the team working shifts and some weekends and providing occasional sleep-in cover to a planned rota. Get in touch now!
