We are seeking someone with at least 5 years man management skills and degree educated for this leading company in the communications field. There are a lot of changes going on currently so you should have the necessary skills to push through the changes happening. The company have a lot of dealings with BBC which is still a union based company so if you have had experience of dealing with unions this would also help but is not essential. Ideally you will be used to working within an engineering / technical environment as a lot of the people you will be managing are of this persuasion. If you are a focused individual with the energy and foresight this is an ideal opportunity to develop in the very interesting world of radio communications. |
