E-mail & postroom, photocopying & filing, data entry, maintaining contact lists, reception (phone, deliveries & occasional visitors), maintaining stock, sending out standard information, making teas & coffees, shopping.

We envisage an initial temporary contract for 6 months, with the possibility of renewing or converting to permanent.

We will help develop your skills with on-the-job training.

A five day week is worked and hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, with one hour's break for lunch. Sandwich lunches are provided.

For the initial contract the holiday entitlement is pro rata to the annual entitlement, which would be 16 days paid holiday in addition to the fixed period 24th December - 1st January plus Bank Holidays.
