| A small yet established British perfume company based in Central London requires a dynamic and well presented Office Coordinator. Your aim will be to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office, responsible for health & safety, supplies & maintenance, screening incoming calls, mail & email, greeting visitors and diary management.
An excellent opportunity with exciting career prospects within a prestigious environment. • Reception o Screen and monitor calls o Meet and greet visitors o Organise incoming and outgoing mail o Direct incoming emails o Arrange internal meetings o Housekeeping • Supplies & Maintenance o Control & purchase of office supplies - stationary, beverages and bathroom stores o Liaise with IT support on business critical matters and general improvements o Supervise cleaning contractors o Oversee maintenance of all office equipment - air con, alarm, telephones, bathroom • Health & Safety o Fire Warden o Write Risk Assessments o Keep up to date with regulation changes o Regular communication with office staff o Training • Secretarial o Diary and travel management o Correspondence with sales teams o Internet research o Administration o Maintenance of computer records and files |
