| We are looking for an efficient administrator and first class communicator to work for this major international Shipping Company based in the city of London.
About the role: Reporting to the Manager of International Secondments, you will need to demonstrate a combination of initiative and diligence as you co-ordinate the administration of all company let property. This will include a full range of duties from setting up and maintaining standing orders for payment of rent, to organising repairs, purchases and chasing utility payments. Using the Peoplesoft database you will maintain the expatriate files, entering new records onto the system and accurately updating existing data. About you: You should be at ease liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels, conversing professionally whilst pursuing and ensuring activities are completed. You will have strong MS Office skills and the ability to grasp systems quickly and to maximum advantage as you will be trained on bespoke systems. You will need to have perseverence, good interpersonal, organisational and follow-up skills. The ability to work quickly and a sense of humour are also essential! Additional Information: Hours will be on a fixed, regular basis to be agreed. Salary for a 20 hour week will be £9,672 pa. Additional benefits to be agreed.
