| My client is looking for a switched on Administrator, Preferably with at least 1 years experience, Educated to A-level standard, with HTML knowledge.Responsible for:
1) Administration of Quality Management System &# *****; Assisting the department in the handling of correspondence and administration &# *****; Sorting monthly incoming forms and committee minutes from vessels &# *****; Maintenance of Quality Records i) Amendment Records ii) Receipts iii) Ship Reports iv) Company Forms v) Minutes &# *****; Assist with travel arrangements as required. 2) Quality Management Systems CD &# *****; To change hard copy documentation into electronic format. &# *****; To add hyperlinks and bookmarks to electronic documentation. &# *****; To help maintain and amend the documentation &# *****; To oversee the production of the CD 3) Administration Of Training Courses including cadets &# *****; Checking, verifying and dispatching of incoming cadet projects for marking. &# *****; Maintaining Cadet records/files, including recording of progress evaluations and comments from vessels. &# *****; Maintaining attendance and finance database of company training courses. &# *****; Corresponding with vessels to monitor training effectiveness including cadets 4) ISM Module &# *****; Manage and develop the implementation of department’s information management software &# *****; Detailed and accurate entry of, Audit Reports and other controlled documentation into module &# *****; Continual maintenance and upkeep of ISM Module documents, accident and incident reports and audit non-conformance status. &# *****; Liasing with system programmers and DP department to ensure smooth and progressive improvements. |
