| Do you have excellent communication skills, a professional approach and enjoy working in a high profile position? Supporting the Vice President and 2 Directors you will be required to use your excellent organisational skills to work in a pressurised and involved environment.
Duties will include: International travel arrangements, organisation of complex meetings, PowerPoint presentations, internet research on various companies and gathering information from Bloomberg. Additional work will include small client events, updating the intranet site and some dictation when required. It is essential that you have experience working in a blue chip/finance company or ideally an Investment Bank. Exposure to Word/Excel/PowerPoint to ensure you can produce complex documents. Preferable Degree qualified and minimum of 8 GCSE's. |
