| This is a senior admin role for a versatile, very well organised person with a thorough knowledge of modern office procedures and software packages, able to communicate clearly and effectively face to face and in writing. A good team worker who can also lead, direct and encourage other admin staff as required. You should also have a sound educational background, solid administrative experience, typing skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees, clients, contractors, sub-contractors and senior management.
The role is in the Facilities Management division of a major company. They oversee the FM function for several buildings in London and the UK. The job will include: - Managing contract performance meetings, project reviews and Client Progress meetings - Research, compile and analyse information for special projects - Arranging schedules for maintenance of engaged subcontractors. - Liaising with clients and providing information on request - Preparing and maintaining information for statistical, financial and progress reporting - Instruct and monitor contract related activity of employees. - Responsibility for requesting and distributing all Health and Safety documentation. - Update databases following subcontractor attendances. - Processing invoices - Monitoring and reporting subcontractor performance against SLAs - Provide general ad hoc administrative support where needed.
