With a very heavy work load you will be providing administrative and logistics support to a large department of this International Investment Bank.

You will be required to take ownership of the in-house database, create reports on the business recovery plan, update the intranet, produce complex powerpoint presentations, take minutes of meetings, diary management, travel arrangements and process expenses.

A flexible and pro-active approach is required and you will have the opportunity to further enhance you career by taking on additional project work.

You will have a minimum of 5 year secretarial based experience within a finance/blue chip company. Advanced Word/Excel/PowerPoint is also required.
