| Are you looking for a job with a difference working for an organisation “giving something back” to the community? Then this could be the role for you. Working for one of the worlds leading construction companies you will be part of the division that designs, builds and manages schools and sports and leisure complexes. You will provide admin support to the Management Team that works closely with the schools, local authorities, local groups and governing bodies. The company provides schools with first class sports, arts and educational facilities and these are available to the local community for hire during evenings, weekends and school holidays. You must have good telephone and communication skills and some customer care experience. Be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads and use Microsoft Office packages. The work will involve managing a computerised booking system, liaison with schools and other local bodies, answering enquiries, assisting with marketing campaigns and market research using MS Word.
Previous experience of working in an office environment is essential as is excellent IT skills (possession of a Business/Administration qualification would be an advantage).
