| Are you a graduate, working in a financial services secretarial role, with some exposure to marketing and wanting to make the next step in your career? Then look no further! This very professional Investment house, with fantastic offices overlooking the Thames, is seeking a bright individual to work in a new role supporting the 2 Marketing Professionals.
What you will be doing: There will be some minimal secretarial duties including travel and expenses, but this will be predominantly marketing support including participating in the RFP process, database management, maintaining the website and creating marketing presentations. There will be scope to grow the role as the department continues to get busy. Would suit a confident, flexible and bright individual, with a good sense of humour, resilience, a high level of professionalism and a willingness to muck in. What we are looking for: A degree level of education with a minimum of 2 years' in an Investment bank or other financial organisation in a secretarial/support capacity. Must have had some exposure to marketing and want a career in this field. Strong attention to detail and excellent PowerPoint skills are also essential. |
