Our client, a fast paced retail organisation based in Gatwick Airport, is looking for a Stock Replenishment Leader to drive an efficient stock replenishment and merchandising operation through the development of a highly effective team. The successful candidate will be responsible in leading the Replenishment Team to deliver an efficient service of replenishment and visual merchandising that achieves an exceptional customer experience. Additional duties will include: -Recruit and motivate staff to do their job to the best of their ability; -Carry out regular team briefings -Responsible for accurate receipt of all deliveries, with shortages/overages recorded accurately and communicated to Replenishment Manager -Liaise with cleaning Team to maintain and improve housekeeping standards in all stockrooms and shops -Responsible for the prevention of theft, loss or abuse of company property -Ensure that the company H & S is adhered to and that all staff are aware of their responsibilities The ideal candidate is highly organised, a person who naturally takes charge, with a can-do attitude. You must also have fluency in Microsoft packages; excellent numeric and communication skills and must be able to multitask.
