in London Greater North

Temporary assignment to commence on 3 June to 13 August *****for Local Government organisation. This position would possibly suit an individual who is living in the close proximity to Barnet.

Please note that for this position it is ESSENTIAL that you have CRB clearance (police check).

The ideal applicant will have previous administrative experience in a similar environment, a positive approach and be flexible to change. Ability to use PC and be proficient in Word, Excel and Access. Ability to type at 40+ wpm. Experience of balancing accounts and petty cash systems. Awareness of Health & Safety legislation.
You should be friendly, tactful and diplomatic.

Duties to include:-

Provision of administrative support to the department.

Answering of telephones and dealing with enquiries where possible.

Ensure any monies are handled correctly and accurately accounted for in line with financial procedures.

Attend regular team meetings.

Ensure customer care is maintained to agreed standards.
