| Team Administrator - Assistant to Conference Team
Working as part of a team, you will be expected to take an active role in all planning responsibilities. This includes: Liaison with the business, regarding all client attendance at conferences. Fulfilment of all event collateral, including save the date cards, invitations, confirmations, programs and marketing literature. Constant communication with Clients, ensuring that they are fully informed and given the highest levels of service. Maintaining multiple Access databases related to each conference for all the team, including: Registration of clients (new and already established clients), Registration of One on One meetings, General data entry when required. Venue search for conferences and events, Management of client invitations, registrations and other event administration, Assisting the team with the organisation of logistics, including flights and ground transportation, accommodation and couriers. Additionally you will support other members of the conference team with every conference - both on-site and pre-conference. Experience: 2 years support to a large team, Excellent I.T skills including advanced PowerPoint & Access. |
