| Team Assistant to Global Head of Communications - We have an exciting new vacancy for an experienced administrator to join the Communications and Marketing Department of a city based investment bank.
Our client is looking for someone who has 1-2 yrs solid administrative experience from a blue chip or Investment Banking background. Advanced MS Office skills and an excellent command of written English are crucial in addition to attention to detail, a flexible and adaptable attitude, strong multi tasking skills and lots of initiative. Duties will include diary management, conference call organisation, client interaction, organising travel, minute taking, dealing with suppliers, and ad-hoc project work. Skills / Experience Minimum GSCE or equivalent including English LanguageAdvanced MS Office skills Professional, friendly manner. 1-2 years administrative experience from a blue chip or investment banking background is essential.
