Looking for a new career opportunity!!! If you thrive supporting a small team, this role will have you co-ordinating meetings, diary management, travel arrangements for a team of 5.

Additional duties will include powerpoint presentations, typing correspondence, loading documents on the in-house database system and filtering through and responding to emails.

To perform in this role you will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with all levels of seniority. Advanced IT skills are required - Outlook/PowerPoint/Word and Excel. Only apply if you have 3 years' Team Secretarial experience within a Corporate/Investment bank
