| A winning move for a Team Secretary. Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a city based Investment Bank. Working alongside other team secretaries you will support a large team in this fast pasted, exciting environment. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a successful business.
Your role will vary from answering the telephone, to taking/writing up minutes from meetings, diary management, organising international travel, processing expenses and extensive client liaison. Additionally you will be expected to produce PowerPoint presentations to a high standard including graphs and charts. What we are looking for: 2 years' experience as a team secretary, Intermediate MS Office, 60wpm and ideally Lotus Notes. Candidates who are highly organised, ambitious and efficient with Investment Banking experience may only apply! |
