| Dynamic...fast paced...challenging - sound appealing? Our client is currently looking for a Trading Floor Secretary to support three senior level Managing Directors within fixed income at this highly regarded Investment banking firm based in the West End. You will possess stable experience having worked within investment banking for at least two to three years', in a trading floor environment.
Responsibilities will include: Prioritising emails received by three MD's and dealing with these as appropriate. Using your PowerPoint skills to produce regular presentations. Answering the Dealerboard, dealing with calls swiftly and accurately. Liaising with clients extensively and efficiently. Diary management, booking appointments and travel. The maturity and confidence to deal with very senior management throughout the bank is essential for this role, as is a proven background as a secretary on a trading floor!
