| Are you an experienced Investment Banking Team Secretary with excellent attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint? We have a vacancy within the Equity Research department of an eminent Docklands based Investment Bank.
You will be providing a comprehensive level of support to a team of 7. Duties will include gathering data from DataStream, Reuters and Bloomberg, updating marketing presentations, client liaison, filing of research information, booking meetings, expenses processing, arranging travel and itineraries and team diary management. Our client is looking for a professional individual who can hit the ground running. You must be able to use your initiative and work in a pressurized environment. Experience in Banking in a Team Secretarial role is essential. Knowledge in Bloomberg, DataStream and Reuters is an advantage but not essential. |
